United Nations Fashion Week 2015 to honour 2 Nigerian 1st Ladies. Also extends invites to designers from Nigeria


The United Nations Fashion Week(UNFW) is an international global platform for fashion brands/businesses, critics, fashion press, manufacturers and distributors of fashion related products, services and/or brands, fashion icons etc.. UNFW is a projects designed as a glamorous celebration of artistry honouring excellence in Fashion. 

United Nations fashion week is globally produced and managed by Face of World Organization; With the sole aim of using fashion as a means for cause campaign. The UNFW is aimed at creating a huge awareness for education for less privileged children through the events charity arm: GLOBAL FAMILY FUNDS (GFF) ON CHILD EDUCATION.

UNFW is also working to strategically with its partners to reduce illiteracy, support education and better welfare for school children and also helping to support and educate new talents, encourage ideas, new factories, train locals and enlist established designers to get involved in these initiatives, many of whom are based in Africa, Asia, East Europe, Middle East, Oceanic and the Caribbean's.

United Nations fashion week will also be honouring 2 first ladies from Nigeria whose immense contribution and support of the Nigerian fashion industry is strategically positioning their state and Nigeria towards becoming a global fashion capital. The First ladies will be hosted to an exclusive Gala show in New York.

For The United Nations fashion week event this year, the UNFW is extending invitation to selected Nigerians to be part of showcasing their creative collections to a global audience.
